Job Title: Domiciliary Care Worker / Support Worker
Location: Birmingham and surrounding areas (Community-based)Salary: £15 – £16.50 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent (Flexible rotas available)

Whether you are an experienced carer or looking to kickstart a meaningful new career, we provide full training and continuous support to help you succeed.
What You Will Do
- Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming with ultimate dignity and respect.
- Companionship: Build meaningful relationships and reduce social isolation.
- Nutrition: Prepare nutritious meals and support dietary requirements.
- Medication: Assist with prompting or administering prescribed medication safely.
- Domestic Support: Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping.
- Community: Accompany service users to appointments and social activities.
What We Are Looking For
- Values: A genuinely compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Communication: Clear spoken and written English skills
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible rota (including alternate weekends).
- Requirements: An Enhanced DBS check is mandatory (we can assist with this).
- Mobility: Access to a reliable vehicle is highly preferred due to the community nature of the role.
- Right to Work: You must have the legal right to work in the UK
